Preparations for your upcoming facial service (Pre/Post)
Getting ready for your upcoming facial:
- Avoid using products containing active acids, retinol, or vitamin A. Three days before or after
- Avoid having your face waxed three days before or after;
- Botox injections three days before or after;
- Collagen fillers two weeks before or as directed by your doctor
- Avoid having laser hair removal on the treated area two weeks before or after
- If you are more than twenty weeks pregnant, you must obtain your doctor's approval before lying on your back for fifty to eighty minutes during your procedure.
- It is not advised to get a facial if you have an open lesion or an active cold sore on your skin; you can be turned away.
Men: You can have facial hair. Avoid shaving on the day of or the day before your facial.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Every Specialty Facial targets specific issues and is only suggested following a New Guest’s initial Classic Facial session.
Double cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, masks, and a complimentary foot, shoulder/neck, and arm/hand massage are all included in every specialty facial. Additionally, enhancements can be made for even greater personalization!
Enhancements
To optimize your outcomes, you can personalize your experience by adding one of our distinctive additives to any of the abovementioned facials. During your consultation, feel free to inquire about the augmentation that would look best on your skin type.
Terms and Conditions
By making a reservation with Top Notch Beauty Lounge, you consent to the following:
- Each and every client must pay a 50% non-refundable deposit and acknowledge that it will never be refunded.
- When a client makes a reservation, they acknowledge that they can only use their deposit once and that they must reschedule at least five working days in advance of the treatment.
- It is necessary to reschedule within two weeks of the original availability. In the event that a new appointment cannot be scheduled within that time range, the customer will need to entirely cancel the original appointment and pay a new deposit. Customers must be open to seeing any esthetician that is offered.
- All customers consent to notify their esthetician of any changes to the procedure as soon as possible by text or email.
- Same-Day Rescheduled Events or If you are twenty minutes late for your appointment, you will be billed for the entire cost of the treatment and will be deemed a “no-show.”
- If you arrive at your wax appointment more than five minutes late, you will need to pay a new deposit and reschedule.
- All clients consent to text communication in the event of a delay. They will only be provided with the remaining service time and must continue to pay for the scheduled service.
- Rules still apply to customers who have gift cards.
Three-Day Minimum Rescheduled Policy
- If you want to reschedule, you will be charged a 25% booking fee three days in advance.
- If you reschedule a day earlier than planned (or cancel a day earlier), you will lose your money and need to pay a fresh deposit of 50%.
- 100% of the service fee will be charged for same-day cancellations.
Customers who violate these terms and conditions may be refused service by Top Notch Beauty Lounge.
